pill Order your repeat prescription online

These are only issued with a doctor's authorisation. If you have repeat prescriptions you can order them online or you can use the re-order slip (white, right hand side of the prescription) to request further prescriptions. To ask for a repeat prescription either hand in your re-order slip to your designated chemist or at the surgery.

Always allow ample time. Be sure not to run out. Allow at least two full working days if you hand it in to the surgery or five working days for postal requests. If you use a chemist, ask when it can be collected. Prescriptions can be collected in person from the surgery or will be posted back if you provide a stamped addressed envelope.

Please read any notifications that may appear on the re-order slip and always make a note of your review date. If your review date has passed we may not be able to issue further prescription until you have been seen and it may not be possible to get an appointment if left too late.

We will ask you to see a doctor at least once a year, and for some conditions we may need to see you more frequently, before we can issue further prescriptions.
